TLC Calibration provides ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration services for 3-liter calibration syringes from all manufacturers, including TLC-manufactured syringes. All calibration services require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment.

Complete the steps below to request calibration or syringe exchange service. Payment is not collected online. TLC Calibrations Company will bill after the RMA is processed.

Standard Calibration — $160
Traceable calibration for syringes with standard reporting that includes data
Calibration Exchange — $450
We will send out a new Syringe with Standard calibration. You can then use the same box to return your syringe where we will perform the calibration and send the unit back.
Dead Space readings — $50
Includes dead space evaluation/reporting as part of calibration.
Expedited Service — $50
Once the Syringe is received we will complete service and ship back to you within 48 hours.

Choose the Calibration Exchange Service. We ship a replacement syringe first so you can continue operations while your original syringe is calibrated and returned to you.
Calibration typically includes inspection, adjustment as needed, and a calibration certificate of traceability. Accredited labs often follow ISO/IEC standards to ensure measurement reliability.
After submitting the RMA form, you will receive instructions or a prepaid label (if selected). You can also request a return box with a prepaid label or ship it using your own carrier.
