Calibration Service Options
Standard Calibration
Send your 3-liter syringe to our laboratory for full accredited calibration and return shipment.
Calibration Exchange Service
A calibrated replacement syringe is shipped to you first. Use the same packaging to return your existing syringe for calibration. This option minimizes downtime and helps maintain uninterrupted testing operations.
Calibration with Loaner Syringe
A calibrated loaner syringe is shipped to you first so you can maintain uninterrupted testing. After receiving the loaner, ship your syringe that needs calibration back to our laboratory. We will calibrate your original syringe and ship it back to you. Once you receive your calibrated syringe, simply return the loaner syringe to us using the provided packaging.

The following services may be selected in addition to either calibration option:
-
Dead Space Readings – Additional measurement data included in the calibration report

Frequently Asked Questions
3-Liter Syringe Calibration & RMA
Calibration is the process of comparing your 3-liter syringe to known reference standards to ensure accuracy and consistent performance before it is returned to service. Accredited calibration helps maintain quality control and compliance with laboratory standards.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) ensures your equipment is tracked, processed correctly upon receipt, and that your return shipping label or instructions are issued. Shipping without an RMA may delay service
Our standard calibration service has an industry-leading 3-5 day turnaround once your syringe arrives. Expedited 48 hour service options are available for time-critical needs.
Yes — you can select additional services (such as dead space readings and expedited service) in the RMA form. These add-ons apply to either standard or exchange calibration. Pricing is confirmed after review.
Choose the Calibration Exchange Service. We ship a replacement syringe first so you can continue operations while your original syringe is calibrated and returned to you.
Calibration typically includes inspection, adjustment as needed, and a calibration certificate of traceability. Accredited labs often follow ISO/IEC standards to ensure measurement reliability.
After submitting the RMA form, you will receive instructions or a prepaid label (if selected). You can also request a return box with a prepaid label or ship it using your own carrier.
Calibration services are billed after review and confirmation of your selections on the RMA. No payment is required to submit the form.
